Defining Energy Sovereignty

It is truly an honor to have you and I'm super excited for today's episode because today we are talking about energy sovereignty and defining it. Now, I believe before, like I'm 99% sure, I could be wrong though, there's 1%, but I'm 99% sure that I've talked about energy sovereignty here before and have even kind of described it, but I haven't come up with a solid definition of it yet. And I want to share that definition with you. 

So, I've been thinking and working on this obviously for the last couple of months. What is energy sovereignty and trying to put it into a definition that you could have in a dictionary, for example.
