Lonely At The Top

I want to talk to the leaders here today because I just want to be really open and honest. Being a leader, it can be stressful. It can be a struggle at times. We doubt ourselves; we doubt our decisions. Although we might not show that to other people, we feel it inside. And we're stressed out with all the deadlines.
