Bad Days Happen
Let's talk today about bad days. Because guess what? Bad days happen. And they happen to everyone. They happen to me, and they happen to your friends, your family, and as you know, they happen to you.
And guess what? It's okay. It sucks. I'm not saying that they're fun. Bad days are definitely not fun to have. Or you're just kind of in a funk. You're just kind of those days happen. Though it's not necessarily an intentional thing. It can be triggered from a variety of different things.
It could be triggered from something that happened in the day or the day before. Or maybe a thought you had, just a single thought and that brought you down.
