It can be hard to do. It's challenging to respond with love at times. I get it. It sounds beautiful and it's something we want to do. But in the heat of the moment when things are happening and it seems like things are flying by your feelings, your emotions are flaring, especially anger, frustration, all of those that really get your heart going and your mind racing, it's hard to respond with love in those moments.
