I chatted with Jeff and his co -host Heather, and we were talking about lots of different things, but one thing really stuck out to me, and I wanted to bring it and share it here, and that is to drop the phone.
Drop the phone, okay, don't drop it from a height and let it shatter all over the place. That wouldn't be good. But drop the phone in the sense of, let's just put it down. Be present in the moment so often.
