How do you talk to yourself? Are you kind, loving, compassionate? Are you in the middle of the road, not Yay and not boo? Or are you judging yourself? Are you angry? Are you telling yourself that you're worthless and weak and bullying yourself? Which one? Are you supportive in the middle or not supportive and tearing down almost all of us, myself included. We're the last option. We beat ourselves up. We tell ourselves that we are worthless, that we're weak, that we're not good enough, that we're stupid.
